About GRO

We are a non-profit organization with a global presence that is dedicated to elevating the practice of mediation and serving our local communities.  We strive to achieve this through our international training partners, local free mediation clinics, certification standards for mediators and trainers, code of conduct, resources and platforms.  We are funded entirely by grants and donations and have no paid employees.
