We currently have 3 tiers of Certified Mediators:
Advocate – newly trained mediators that have taken at least 40 Hours of Basic Training from a GRO Certified Trainer and passed our qualifying exam.
Associate – Mediators that meet all the qualifications of Advocate PLUS an additional 20 Hours of Advanced Mediation Training, and at least 10 mediations or 100 hours of mediation experience.
Ambassador – Mediators that meet all the qualifications of Associate PLUS an additional 20 Hours of Advanced Mediation Training, and at least 25 mediations or 250 hours of mediation experience.
